PARMI USA - Now Hiring(Full-time): Bookkeeper/Office Manager (362 elm st. Marlborough, MA 01752)


PARMI USA seeks a Bookkeeper / Office Manager for typical office manager duties; you will wear many hats in this dynamic and growing company. We seek an energetic person with an upbeat personality that can contribute positively to the office environment, bring energetic new ideas and positive suggestions to help grow the company.

Tasks will include preparing weekly management reports for Parmi HQ and Parmi USA, reviewing the data and ensuring report accuracy. You will be responsible for paying bills, entering invoices, processing payments, communicating with customers and suppliers on an ongoing basis. Other tasks include reconciling bank and expense report statements, bank deposits, generating monthly system reports for HQ, bank deposits and preparation, manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Daily and weekly transactional responsibilities that reside with this position. There are other various tasks that arise on a weekly basis that will fall under the domain of the successful candidate.


Job Requirements

- Must have working knowledge of PCs

- PC based software -- MS Office products of excel, word and PowerPoint

- Answering / directing phone incoming phone calls

- Use of copiers/scanners and all other office equipment

- Keep company matters confidential


Bonus Experience Points for

- QuickBooks by Intuit (not Quicken)

- Database information entry

- Working Knowledge of the Korean Language
